This 4 week program (& GIVEAWAY!) is designed to get you to move, build muscle endurance, sculpt and get you hooked on feeling good!

What: Five workouts A Week. (2 Full Body FX, Upper Body FX, Lower Body FX, Core FX)
When: Anytime you want! These workouts are pre-recorded for you to PRESS PLAY on YOUR SCHEDULE!
Duration: Workouts are 30-45 Minutes.
Equipment Needed: Light Set Of Weights, Mid-Heavy Set Of Weights. (Recommendation for most: 2-3lbs and 5-10lbs). A Barre is not required. A chair back, window sill, or countertop can easily be used when needed! A mat or space to move!

TRACKING - You have to know where you’re are starting to know how just how far you came in the end. Taking part in this program will give you access to your full scope tracking system. Measurements, progress pictures & scale will be among the many ways to keep track!
COMMUNITY - Give as much as you take. Your new support system in me as well as your program mates is invaluable. The best way to rise, is to lift others up in the process.

What Does It Take To Get Results?
COMMITMENT - 5 Days A Week, 30-50 min a day
Workouts for your first 8 weeks are all full body pre-recorded for you to fit into your schedule without extra stress. The final 4 weeks are a chance to focus a little more on your upper or lower body with a combination of pre-recorded and digital program to follow to help enhance your confidence and independence in your personal fitness.
ACCOUNTABILITY -,Check in after your workouts are complete.
TRACKING - Know where you’re are starting to know how far you came in the end. Multiple tracking tools will be used to follow your progress and success!
